At Adidas Underwear, we want you to feel confident in your fit. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original, unopened packaging and include the packing slip. Please note that for hygiene reasons, opened underwear cannot be returned.
Ship the Items
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
